Former President and Republican nominee Donald J Trump has just been shot. As Trump was addressing a rally in Pennsylvania, horrific scenes broadcast the Secret Service rushing to assist a wounded Trump who had been struck by a bullet on the ear. As they rushed him off stage, a bloodied Trump definitely gestured to the crowd with a fist to the sky, saying, ‘Fight.’
The shooter was killed, and two others were also killed in the mayhem.
While details of the incident and motivations are unknown yet, some conservatives have suspected there would be an attempt on the former President’s life.
“I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of Law Enforcement, for their rapid response on the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania.
“Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured.
“It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country. Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead.
“I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin.
“Much bleeding took place, so I realised then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”
While details have not yet emerged, the assasination attempt is likely to cause further division between the left and the right. You can almost sense the deep conflict coming after this assasination attempt.
Trump will stop at nothing to save the United States from the dementia ridden zombie mania of Joe Biden and the DNC. If Trump’s steel wasn’t proven already, it has been now.
The great democratic experiment of the United States has also been tested. Had Trump been assassinated, the U.S. may have devolved into a civil war.
